Page 178, Table 6.2. The costs of supplied fuel (untaxed) for gasoline and diesel from crude oil relate to a crude oil price range of $20/bbl to $100/bbl and not to $50/bbl to $100/bbl as the table suggests.
Page 186, Table 6.3. The cost figures for Corn (U.S.) and Biodiesel Rapeseed (Europe) are too high. For Corn (U.S.), costs of supplied fuel (untaxed) should read $/L Gasoline Equivalent 0.65 (instead of 0.82), $/gal Gasoline Equivalent 2.5 (instead of 3.1) and Break-even oil price, $/bbl should read 90 instead of 110. For Biodiesel Rapeseed (Europe), costs of supplied fuel (untaxed) should read $/L Gasoline Equivalent 0.70 (instead of 1.10), $/gal Gasoline Equivalent 2.7 (instead of 4.3) and Break-even oil price, $/bbl should read 100 instead of 160.
